Heavy
Rains blanketed the region today causing flooding. The
weather related calls began at 8:09 am on June 27, 2006
with wires shorting out on a residence on Brook St. and
lasted until July 1, 2006. In that time period the
Carbondale Firefighters responded to 124 calls for
assistance and evacuated River St, John St, and parts of
7th Ave, 8th Ave, Spring St, Wyoming St, Washington St,
and Wayne St. The photos below were taken
throughout the area. |
